As the importer of the Volkswagen Group’s brands in Belgium, D’Ieteren Auto is doing everything in its power to ensure that the software of engines impacted by Dieselgate is updated.

But this campaign is about much more than just engines. It is about every single customer. All customers whose vehicle could not be modified yet, will be contacted by post in the near future.

They will be invited to make an appointment as soon as possible with the official distributor of their choice. The technical intervention takes less than an hour, is entirely free of charge and does not affect vehicle performance in any way.
