As the importer of the Volkswagen Group’s brands in Belgium, D’Ieteren Auto is doing everything in its power to ensure that the software of engines impacted by Dieselgate is updated.
In the meantime, our workshops have already successfully carried out more than 200,000 updates. Around 75% of the customers affected in Belgium have replied favourably to our appeal and we would like to thank them for this.
The remaining 25% of customers have already been contacted personally by letter. We would like to invite them to make an appointment as soon as possible with the official distributor of their choice. The technical intervention takes less than an hour, is entirely free of charge and does not affect vehicle performance in any way.
